Fruits for calorie


USDA suggests and advice for healthy living of
human, amount of fruit we have to eat every day. According to USDA, 3 things determine the amount of fruit to be taken. i.e. our age, sex (M & F) , and our volume of physical exercise or activity.
Recommendation of daily amount of fruit by USDA is:

Children 2 to3 yrs old 1 cup
4 to 8 yrs old 1 to 1 1/2cups


Girls 9 to 13 yrs old 1 1/2cups
14 to 18 yrs old 1 1/2cups





Boys 9 to 13 yrs old 1 1/2cups
14 to 18 yrs old 2 cups


Women 19 to 30 yrs old 2 cups
31 to 50 yrs old 1 1/2 cups
above 51 yrs old 1 1/2cups


Men 19-30 yrs old 2 cups
31 to 50 yrs old 2 cups
above 51yrs old 2 cups

.

These above amounts essential for them, who do less than 30 minutes of physical exercise or activity, in normal daily activities. If  some one do more physical activity and exercise, may be consume more fruits. He may need more calorie.
